Class Descriptions

Beginning: Start off at this level to learn the basics of CrossFit.  This is a great class for the person who would like to do the exercises at a lower weight and slower pace.  For those who have been to CrossFit less than 8 times.

Intermediate: This class offers the student a more aggressive approach to CrossFit movement and exercises.  A great class for those who have an understanding of the exercises and have been to CrossFit at least 8 times.

Advanced: The advanced class is geared towards those that have been training intently on a regular basis and have a good understanding of the proper form on all exercises. 

BOOTCamp for the CrossFit Beginner:  Classes are designed to give you a total body workout and designed for people who have made a commitment to getting fit.  All levels of fitness can participate.  Over the course of several weeks, we progressively challenge your mind and body in a positive and motivating environment.

20 Class Card – $173.76
(class cards valid for 90 days)

Monthly Unlimited Class Card
$121.63 for one person  or $146.61 for you and a family member (spouse, sister or brother)
